This Policy outlines the terms for vendors who purchase access to the BackstageWiFi Vendor Portal, which provides WiFi connectivity and portal resources for event participation.

1. Access Eligibility

  • Only vendors who have paid for portal access are authorized to use BackstageWiFi Vendor Portal.

  • Access is non-transferable and intended solely for the approved vendor account.

2. Portal Use

  • The portal provides WiFi network credentials, technical resources, and event-specific information.

  • Vendors must use the portal responsibly and in accordance with instructions provided by BackstageWiFi.

  • Access is intended for business use only; personal or unauthorized use is prohibited.

3. Account Responsibility

  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of portal credentials.

  • Any activity conducted under a vendor’s account is the responsibility of that vendor.

  • Vendors must immediately report any unauthorized access to BackstageWiFi.

4. Payment & Access Duration

  • Portal access is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

  • Access may be revoked if payment is not received or if the vendor violates this Policy.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

5. Prohibited Activities

Vendors may not:

  • Use the portal to access unauthorized networks or systems

  • Interfere with the portal, WiFi network, or other vendors’ access

  • Transmit harmful content, malware, or illegal materials

  • Share credentials with other individuals or entities

6. Limitation of Liability

  • BackstageWiFi makes reasonable efforts to provide reliable portal access but does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity.

  • Savage Presents, LLC, DBA BackstageWiFi is not responsible for lost data, connectivity issues, or indirect damages arising from portal use.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for portal access.

7. Termination

  • BackstageWiFi reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access for violations of this Policy, non-payment, or other reasons deemed necessary.

8. Governing Law

  • This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
