By renting equipment from BackstageWiFi, you (“Renter”) agree to the following terms:

1. Equipment Rental

  • All equipment remains the property of Savage Presents, LLC, DBA BackstageWiFi.

  • Equipment is rented for temporary event use only and must be returned in the condition received.

  • Any modifications, repairs, or unauthorized alterations to the equipment are strictly prohibited.

2. Rental Period

  • Rental periods are defined at the time of booking and begin upon pickup or delivery confirmation.

  • Late returns may incur additional fees at the discretion of BackstageWiFi.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment or pre-approval is required before equipment is released.

  • Rental fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

  • Damage, loss, or theft may result in additional charges equal to repair or replacement cost.

4. Renter Responsibilities

  • Renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.

  • Equipment must be handled safely and in accordance with provided instructions.

  • Renter must ensure secure storage to prevent damage, theft, or loss.

5. Damage or Loss

  • Any damage or loss, intentional or accidental, must be reported immediately.

  • Renter is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

  • BackstageWiFi reserves the right to charge applicable fees directly to the payment method on file.

6. Pickup and Return

  • Equipment may be picked up at our Tempe, AZ location or shipped, depending on arrangement.

  • Equipment must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and components.

  • Failure to return equipment on time or in good condition may result in additional fees.

7. Technical Support

  • Basic setup support is included with rental.

  • On-site technical support may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Rentals may be canceled up to 14 days before the event for a partial or full refund (if prepaid).

  • Cancellations within 13 days of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • BackstageWiFi is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from equipment use.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the rental fees paid for the equipment.

10. Governing Law

  • This Rental Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
