By accessing or using BackstageWiFi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

1. Services Provided

BackstageWiFi provides temporary, event-based WiFi solutions for crews, vendors, artists, and production teams. Our Service includes access to WiFi networks, equipment rental, and related support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Service. By using BackstageWiFi, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Payment & Access

  • All access to BackstageWiFi services must be purchased or pre-approved.

  • Pricing and packages are described on our website or vendor agreements.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Equipment Use

  • Equipment remains the property of Savage Presents, LLC, DBA BackstageWiFi.

  • You agree to handle all rented equipment responsibly and return it in the same condition as received.

  • Damaged, lost, or stolen equipment may incur replacement fees.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use our Service to:

  • Violate laws or regulations

  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful content

  • Interfere with the Service or other users’ access

  • Access unauthorized networks or devices

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

  • Savage Presents, LLC, DBA BackstageWiFi is not responsible for lost data, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Savage Presents, LLC, DBA BackstageWiFi harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason we deem appropriate.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
